The V-Strom motorcycle is an adventure touring bike that allows riders to comfortably travel to the furthest reaches of the planet. While I have been riding motorcycles for over 10 years, the V-Strom is the first bike I've owned that can not only carry a passenger comfortably, but also enough luggage and camping gear to make overnight traveling on a motorcycle something more then just a pipe dream. This blog will detail Lisa and I's adventures in moto-camping starting with a trip from Fort Collins Colorado to Butte Montana (a measly 750 mile ride, but when you throw in a side trip through Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons, you get a 1500 mile 5 day moto-camping extravaganza).
